Terms of Service

The ground rules.
These are things to keep in mind before commissioning me!

Things of Note

  • I have the right to refuse any commission work I do not feel comfortable with for any reason.

  • I am human. Please treat me with respect. If you cannot follow basic human decency or any of my terms of service, I reserve the right to refuse the commission and/or blacklist you.

  • Please do not claim the commissioned work and process images as works of your own. This applies even if you were to alter them in any shape or form.

  • Please do not use the commissioned work for commercial use. I will not accept any commissions that will make use of the finished product in that way.

Disclaimer

  • My artstyle adapts to what i draw. if you wish for the result to be more alike to a style i've shown in the past works i've done, do specify and tell me!

  • There may be times where my work may be delayed due to real life events on my end. Please ensure a method of contact for me to be able to update you in the case of this happening!

  • I currently am not accepting commissions to draw mechas, gore, or NSFW. Sorry!

  • Currently, the main method of payment I accept is GCash! My PayPal is currently down... This means I can only accept USD, EUR, PHP, and JPY at this time.

Commission Process

  • [50% of the commission cost will be paid upfront after an initial sketch is made. Another 20% will be given after the flatcolor stage is completed, the rest paid once the commission is complete.

  • When commissioning me, feel free to bring character and pose references in order to give me a good idea of what you'd like! the more specific, the better~ While in the initial sketch, revisions are free.

  • During the refined sketch stage, up to 3 changes may be requested for free. (body type, hair length, clothing, pose, etc.) Afterwards, further revisions will cost 5 USD.

  • During the flat color stage, up to 3 minor changes may be requested for free. (details, specific colors, etc.) Afterwards, Further Revisions will cost 7 USD.

  • No free revisions will be given in the rendering stage. If you'd like a change to the drawing during the rendering stage, it will cost 15 USD.

  • Once the Commission is completed, I will send the finished image through either email or Gdrive. If you'd like a transparent PNG of the image, feel free to request for it!

  • If the commission is to be cancelled partway, it can be 100% refunded, bar the possible costs of conversion and transfer rates. HOWEVER, if the commission was cancelled after approval of the lineart stage, the deposit can no longer be refunded. Please respect my time.

  • A 100% refund can also be given if a commission has been frozen without progress for more than 3 months. Should this occur, please contact me!

  • Note that the cancelled concept may be reused by me in the future, though I will not use any original character of yours. No worries!
